JUNE 4th & 6th, 6-9pm
JUNE 8th, 12pm to 4pm

AUDITIONS for all four productions will take place at the Studio Stage Door, 11 11th Avenue S. Cranbrook. Pre-arrange your fifteen-minute audition time for the June 4th and 8th dates by emailing .

If you cannot make a specific audition time, the Thursday, June 6th audition date is a GENERAL CALL.

Auditions will consist of a short monologue. You can either prepare your own or CCT will have them available to you prior to, or at the auditions. No memorization is necessary, but you must be comfortable enough with the material to perform rather than simply read. You may be asked to perform it a second time with direction from one or more of the directors.

Musical auditions for Pippin will take place as part of Key City Theatre's auditions for their productions on May 27th and 29th. Fill out an audition registration form through Key City Theatre and indicate the CCT musical Pippin on your audition form.

About this Festival

Cranbrook’s first annual Bleeding Tree International Dark Drama Film Festival will bring a full slate of ‘dark drama’ films to you on August 9th, 2024 at the STUDIO STAGE DOOR.

International films range from short, medium, animated and feature-length focused primarily on traumatic and socially pressing issues and how people find resolve and humanity in the face of it.

Films are accepted in animation, student filmmaker, short documentary, and feature film categories; cash prizes will be awarded to the best films in each category.

The Stage Door concession will be open to serve beer, coolers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages that can be consumed in the theatre during the affair.

Passes for the Bleeding Tree International Dark Drama Film Festival will be on a PAY WHAT YOU CAN basis and available here soon or at the door at 11-11th Avenue South, Cranbrook, on August 9th.
